Lead Antimicrobial Consultant Biography: Jeff Jones. Jeff Jones (President) was a member of the EPA Administrator’s staff and was associated with the Interagency Regulatory Liaison Group. In this position he provided management and policy analysis support to top officials of EPA, FDA, OSHA, and CPSC coordinating their respective agencies’ regulatory actions on toxic substances.
