IBA serves as a cornerstone in the beauty industry, developing and supporting relevant regulations based on sound science and providing technical and regulatory resources to help brands optimize compliance, safety, and quality.
IBA is led by notable personal care industry professional Don Frey, formerly of Method Products Inc, JAFRA Cosmetics International, and The Honest Company. IBA played a significant role in the recently passed Modernization of Cosmetics Regulations (MoCRA).
